Desible.ai, an agentic workflow orchestration platform for financial services enterprises, has raised nearly $3.3 million (Rs 32 crore) in a seed plus round led by Prime Venture Partners.

The funding also saw participation from existing investor Invention Engine, which first backed the company earlier this year.

The company will use the fresh capital to enhance its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen compliance infrastructure, expand its go-to-market efforts and accelerate product development for the BFSI sector.

Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai is building an agentic workflow orchestration platform for BFSI enterprises. Its platform helps businesses automate customer engagement, operations, servicing and compliance workflows, initially through voice and expanding to other communication channels.

The fresh capital will be used to expand Sunfox’s presence across India, strengthen its global go-to-market capabilities, scale its team and accelerate investments in research and development.

Over the past decade, Sunfox has built a portfolio of Spandan ECG solutions for personal, clinical and institutional use, with applications across at-home monitoring, clinics, hospitals, public-health programmes and remote-care networks.

Sunfox said around 60,000 Spandan devices have been deployed across India, reaching more than 20,000 villages across states and Union territories. Its Spandan One platform is used to screen around 5 million patients annually, expanding access to cardiac assessment across healthcare settings.
