Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF), an infrastructure financing firm, has extended a combined 601.4 billion rupiah ($33.1 million) in financing for a hyperscale data centre in West Java and a specialist heart hospital in North Sumatra.

The financing comprises a $20-million syndicated loan facility, equivalent to 358.3 billion rupiah, for PT Digital Gayana Ekagrata (DGE); and a separate 243.11 billion rupiah ($13.3 million) facility for PT Medan Kardia Indonesia, according to a statement on Monday.

The loan to DGE will support the first phase of its GAIA Campus data centre in the Greenland International Industrial Center in Bekasi. The CGK1 and CGK2 facilities will have a combined capacity of 58.9 megawatts. DGE is a subsidiary of Indointernet, which is part of Digital Edge’s data centre business in Indonesia.

Earlier this year, DGE secured a $665-million loan facility from a consortium of eight banks, including BCA, Bank BNP Paribas Indonesia and Clifford Capital Credit Solutions Pte. Ltd., among others.

IIF’s financing for Medan Kardia will support the development and operation of Medan Heart Center, a planned Class B specialist cardiac hospital with at least 75 beds and a total building area of around 8,000 square metres.

“Support for data centre development is expected to help meet the need for reliable and scalable digital infrastructure, while financing for Medan Heart Center aims to expand access to quality healthcare,” IIF president director and chief executive Rizki Pribadi Hasan said in the statement.

The transactions add to IIF’s financing activity across infrastructure sectors. The firm said it has completed nine new financing transactions worth a combined 3.2 trillion rupiah as of August 2026, covering healthcare, ports and logistics, renewable energy, telecommunications and data centres and waste and water management.
