China's Qutoutiao to delist from Nasdaq after market cap tanks below minimum threshold

Shanghai-based Qutoutiao went public in September 2018 after raising $84 million by selling 12 million ADSs at a price of $7 apiece in its initial public offering (IPO).

Chinese mobile content aggregator Qutoutiao Inc is planning to delist from the Nasdaq, after four and half years of trading, as the firm has failed to sustain the minimum market value required by the bourse.
