Xora Innovation, a Singapore-based early-stage AI and deep tech venture firm backed by Temasek, has anchored a $53-million Seed funding round in enterprise AI services firm Hang Ten Systems, the companies said.

Mayfield, which led Hang Ten’s first seed round, and Aramco Ventures also participated in the latest financing, bringing the startup’s total funding to $85 million, per the announcement.

The funding comes as Hang Ten ramps up work with large enterprises, having signed several multi-million-dollar contracts across advisory and software development engagements in the five weeks between the two funding rounds, the company said.

Hang Ten, founded and led by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, provides advisory, transformation, and applied-AI services to large enterprises.

Its AI-native delivery model uses agentic code generation, a reusable skills library, and domain expertise to build, modify, and operate enterprise software.

Its projects cover software development, finance and analytics, enterprise migrations, and human resources.

Hang Ten said it will use the latest funding to expand its delivery capacity, engineering, and consulting teams, as well as its platform, infrastructure, and library of AI-enabled skills.

Xora Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer Phil Inagaki said enterprise AI adoption was being held back by implementation challenges, particularly the need to deploy systems securely, quickly, and economically.

Hang Ten is working with Saudi oil giant Aramco on AI applications supporting operations across several functions. Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is also among its customers.

Other investors in Hang Ten include Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, Micron Technology Chairman and CEO Sanjay Mehrotra, and Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang. Yang has joined Hang Ten’s board.

Backed by Temasek, Xora has been actively deploying capital in AI-focused startups. The firm recently led a $19.3-million investment in NeuBird AI, a US-based creator of agentic AI for production operations. It also participated in Amperesand’s $80-million Series A round last year, which was co-anchored by Walden Catalyst Ventures and Temasek via Robson Investment.
