Tessolve Semiconductor, a Hero Electronix company, has raised $ 75 million in a funding round led by US-based strategic investment firm Vector Line Capital, according to media reports.

The Bengaluru-headquartered company will use the proceeds to support its growth plans, including strategic acquisitions that complement its existing capabilities, expand its service offerings, and strengthen its global presence.

Last year in September, the company had secured $150 million in funding from leading global alternative asset management firm TPG.

Founded by Srini Chinamilli in 2004, Bengaluru-based Tessolve provides end-to-end engineering services across the semiconductor value chain, from chip architecture and design to test development and embedded systems. It offers turnkey solutions spanning design to packaged parts and operates in more than 10 countries, with a workforce of over 3,500 engineers.

The company serves semiconductor firms, hyperscalers, chip startups and system companies across sectors such as artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, automotive, data centres and industrial applications. Its partners include leading foundries, intellectual property providers, electronic design automation companies and test equipment manufacturers.

Tessolve also operates silicon and system testing labs and works with 18 of the world’s top 20 semiconductor companies.
