VerifAIX raises $5m led by Endiya, Bluehill

VerifAIX, an AI-native semiconductor verification company, has raised $5 million a in seed funding round co-led by Endiya Partners and Bluehill VC, according to an announcement.

The round marks the company’s first institutional funding and will support product development, customer deployments and expansion of its engineering teams across the US, India and Israel, it said in a press statement.

Founded by Madhulima Tewari, Kenneth Roe and Avner Landver, VerifAIX is building an AI-native verification platform for semiconductor design, helping engineering teams verify increasingly complex chips. Its platform combines AI with formal methods to create a verification trust layer that connects design specifications, RTL and verification assets, enabling verification from design intent to closure.

“AI is changing how semiconductor designs are created, but generating a design is not the same as proving that it is correct,” said Madhulima Tewari, CEO, VerifAIX. “Our vision is to build a verification trust layer for AI-driven semiconductor development, and this funding enables us to deepen the technology and take the platform to increasingly complex designs and customers.”

The company operates across the US, India and Israel.

360 ONE Asset backs Firi

Firi, an AI-led beauty commerce platform, has raised $3 million in a seed round led by 360 ONE Asset, per an announcement.

The round also saw participation from Better Capital and CRED founder Kunal Shah, alongside other founders and operators.

With the fresh capital, the company plans to expand beyond skincare, haircare, and body care into makeup, fragrance and other categories. It also plans to add more dark stores in Gurugram before expanding to other cities.

Founded by former Uber India executives Karishma Rathaur and Vivek Madani, Firi operates a curated marketplace for beauty and personal care products. The startup uses AI to analyse product reviews and other information before listing products on its platform.

The startup claims to have analysed 50 million reviews and shortlisted around 3,000 products from an estimated 300,000 available globally.
