Australian bourse operator ASX Ltd said on Monday it has appointed Keir Barnes as the company’s next chief financial officer.
Barnes is joining ASX from Dexus, where she served as the property group’s finance chief since 2021 and deputy CFO two years before that.
Outgoing CFO Andrew Tobin will continue in his position and will support an orderly transition until Barnes starts, ASX said in an exchange filing.
In a separate announcement, Dexus said that Barnes will remain active in her role until mid-December 2026 and the company will undertake an internal and external recruitment process for the CFO position.
