BizDateUp, in partnership with actor Taher Shabbir and producer-director Ashutosh Shah, has invested in Dent@Home, acquiring a 25% stake in the company.
Dent@Home, a healthcare startup focused on portable and at-home dental services, recently gained visibility after being featured on Shark Tank India Season 5. The company provides bedside dental care for hospital-bound, homebound, immobile, and elderly patients. It offers a full range of essential dental services, including emergency dentistry, delivered by trained dentists using modern patented equipment and strict hygiene protocols.
With the fresh capital, the company plans to strengthen its service network, enhance customer experience, and expand its operational footprint across key markets.
247VC co-leads funding in Dream Aerospace
Dream Aerospace Technologies Pvt. Ltd has raised $1.05 million (Rs 10 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Mumbai-based seed-stage venture capital firm 247VC, along with Campus Angels Network, per an announcement.
The round also saw participation from Chandigarh Angels Network and other angel investors, the startup said in a statement.
Founded in 2022 by Hari Krishnan, the company is developing India’s first commercial HAN-based monopropellant, the ATOM thruster series, and the CUBEHOOD propulsion module.
The capital will be deployed to complete flight qualification of the company’s ATOM thruster series and CUBEHOOD propulsion module, expand the production and testing facility at IIT Kanpur, and execute the first in-orbit demonstration of the CUBEHOOD module in a mission slated for 2026, with technical support from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) under an active Memorandum of Understanding, the startup said in a statement.
