IFC proposes $200m loan to Shinhan Bank for on-lending to Indonesian affiliate BSI

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has proposed to invest up to $200 million in the form of a senior unsecured A loan to Korea-based Shinhan Bank Co., Ltd. (SHB), with all the proceeds to be used for on-lending to Bank Shinhan Indonesia (BSI).
