Gated community management platform Mygate has raised nearly $24 million (Rs 225 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Dharana Capital, according to media reports.

As part of the transaction, Dharana Capital has acquired an estimated 12–14% stake in the company through a combination of primary capital infusion and secondary share sales, Entrackr reported.

The funds will be deployed to expand Mygate’s presence across gated residential communities, further strengthen its integrated platform, and invest in product innovation and technology capabilities.

The company is also aiming to scale its reach to 10 million homes over the next few years.

Founded in 2016 by Vijay Arisetty, Abhishek Kumar, Shreyans Daga and Rohit Jindal, Mygate currently serves more than 5 million residents across over 27,000 housing societies in India, according to its LinkedIn profile. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools tailored for residential communities, including invoicing, collections, TDS and GST management, reconciliation, budgeting, audit logs, and vendor payment solutions.

Beyond accounting functions, the platform also offers community management features, including facility bookings, resident communication, complaint tracking, document sharing, polling, staff attendance management, vehicle databases, and asset tracking, among others.

Mygate had last raised Rs 100 crore in November 2022.
