SZ-listed Chinese tourism service Caissa to raise $164m from JD.com, others

Shenzhen-listed Caissa Tosun Development has entered into an agreement to raise up to 1.16 billion yuan ($164 million) in a private placement, as the Chinese provider of outbound tourism products expects to see “a rebound” in travel consumption once the situation normalizes from the coronavirus pandemic.
