CDIB Capital appoints Stephen Li as MD based in Shanghai
CDIB Capital International, the private equity arm of Taiwan-based China Development Financial, announced Thursday it has appointed Stephen Li, former managing director of Ping An Trust Private Equity Capital, as a managing director based in Shanghai.
Li has extensive private equity experience having spent over 20 years investing across multiple industries and markets including China, the Asia-Pacific region, and North America, it said in a statement. Li will play a critical role in strengthening CDIB’s investment capabilities in China, focusing on both sourcing buyout opportunities and ensuring value creation in its investment portfolios.
