Endeavor Acquisition to raise $225m SPAC targeting SE Asian consumer, tech firms

Endeavor Acquisition is raising a $225 million blank cheque firm that will target consumer and technology firms in Southeast Asia, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
