TPG is preparing November IPOs for its poultry business Ingham’s Enterprises Pty and utility Alinta Energy Holdings Ltd. Alinta’s owners, which include private-equity firms and lenders, may seek to raise $1.5 billion in the IPO, while TPG-controlled Ingham’s may be valued at as much as A$1.6 billion.
