Metafin has raised a $10-million structured debt facility from Lendable. Separately, ASK Property Fund has sold its Rs 650-crore stake in a residential project led by the Mahagun Group, marking a complete exit from the investment.
Metafin raises $10m debt facility
Metafin, a platform that provides solar financing for rural micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and households, has raised a $10 million structured debt facility from Lendable, per an announcement.
The facility, extended through Lendable’s Transportation and Energy Fund (LTEF), will finance productive-use solar systems for rural MSMEs, enterprises, and small businesses, enabling them to replace diesel-based energy solutions with solar power.
Metafin claims to have financed over 6,500 solar projects across more than 4,000 villages to date.
ASK Property Fund exits realty group
ASK Property Fund has sold its Rs 650 crore stake in a residential project led by the Mahagun Group, marking a complete exit from the investment.
The fund had initially invested around Rs 310 crore in 2021, providing structured capital to support the project’s growth and development.
ASK Property Fund is a part of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group. It invests in the country’s real estate sector and is backed by family offices, UHNIs, and institutions.
