Motilal Oswal PE-InvAscent group buys 70% Actis stake in Symbiotec Pharmalab

Motilal Oswal Private Equity (MOPE) and Rosewood Investments, the private equity arm of The Rosewood Corporation, have bought out private equity major Actis’ 70 per cent holding in Symbiotec Pharmalab Pvt Ltd, according to an announcement on Tuesday.
