Antom has announced three leadership appointments in Southeast Asia, while HSBC Private Bank has appointed former UBS executive Francesca Chan as its regional head of family and philanthropy advisory for Asia Pacific.
Antom names SE Asia product, country heads
Antom, the merchant payments and digitisation arm of Ant International, has announced three leadership appointments in Southeast Asia to further strengthen the synergy among its regional brands and better serve regional merchants with streamlined full-stack AI-native solutions.
DOKU co-founder and former chief operating officer Nabilah Alsagoff has been named head of product for Antom Southeast Asia. She will oversee product development and innovation and lead a unified product road map for the region.
Former DOKU CEO Chris Yeo has been appointed head of Antom Philippines and country head of 2C2P Philippines. Yeo, who has also worked at Grab and PayPal, will oversee the execution of Antom’s strategic partnerships with local partners.
Himelda Renuat, another DOKU co-founder and most recently its chief marketing officer, has been appointed CEO of DOKU and head of Antom Indonesia.
Antom said the appointments will support closer collaboration with 2C2P and DOKU, in which it has made strategic investments, as it seeks to offer merchants across the region a unified suite of AI-native payment and digitisation services.
HSBC Private Bank appoints APAC family advisory head
HSBC Private Bank has appointed former UBS executive Francesca Chan as its regional head of family and philanthropy advisory for Asia Pacific, effective September 29.
Based in Hong Kong, Chan will lead the bank’s family and philanthropy advisory teams across the region. Her remit includes advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on succession, family office setup, governance and philanthropy.
She will report to Ann Ling, regional head of wealth planning and advisory for Asia Pacific.
Chan was previously an executive director and senior family advisor at UBS. She has also held roles at Deloitte Private, Noah Global Family Office and BNP Paribas, and began her career at HSBC Securities in Canada.
