India: SaaS startup Rocketlane raises $60m in Series C round from Insight Partners

Rocketlane, an AI-powered Professional Services Automation (PSA) company, has secured $60 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners.

Headquartered in Chennai, the company provides software that helps businesses manage client projects by combining project management, team collaboration, resource planning, and customer communication in one platform.

Rocketlane has built a global presence with offices in London, New York, and San Francisco. The company recently launched Nitro, an agentic execution platform for professional services teams.

The funding will be used to develop Nitro’s execution agents and expand enterprise go-to-market efforts.

Rocketlane last raised $24 million in its Series B round in 2024, co-led by 8VC, Matrix Partners India, and Nexus Venture Partners. Its total funding to date stands at $105 million.

The company serves over 750 customers globally, including 17 companies on the Forbes Cloud 100 list. Its customers include Intercom, Glean, and Notion.

Insight Partners is a global investor focused on high-growth technology and software companies. As of June 2025, it managed over $90 billion in assets and has invested in more than 875 companies worldwide, with over 55 portfolio companies going public.

According to Gartner, global spending on IT services, including consulting, implementation, and integration, is projected to reach nearly $1.9 trillion, reflecting growing demand tied to enterprise AI and technology adoption.
