Suntec REIT to buy 50% stake in London office assets for $557m

Suntec REIT is buying a 50 per cent stake in Nova Properties – two office buildings in London’s West End — from the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board for 430.6 million British pounds ($557 million), the Singapore-listed property fund said Friday.
