Bengaluru-based foodtech startup Swish has raised $38 million in its Series B funding round, led by Hara Global and Bain Capital Ventures.

The round also saw participation from existing investor Accel, along with Alteria Capital and Stride Ventures. Accel has been an early backer of Swish, supporting the company since its initial stages.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its team, accelerate expansion into multiple cities, and invest in kitchen automation as well as supply chain infrastructure.

Additionally, Swish plans to scale its 10-minute fresh food service to more neighbourhoods across urban India.

This marks Swish’s third fundraise in 18 months, underscoring growing demand for its 10-minute fresh food delivery model, as consumers increasingly use such platforms for full meals like lunch and dinner rather than just snacks and beverages.

“Over the past 18 months, we have focused on creating a fresh food supply chain from the ground up… with the new round of funding, we are poised to accelerate our expansion in a lot more neighbourhoods across cities,” said Aniket Shah, CEO and Co-founder of Swish, in a statement.

Founded by Aniket Shah, Ujjwal Sukheja and Saran S. in 2024, Swish operates neighbourhood kitchens with dedicated preparation, cooking and assembly stations designed to enable faster order fulfilment.

The startup initially focused on post-meal beverages and late-night snacks, but has since expanded its offerings across dayparts. Its menu now includes breakfast, health-focused meals, protein-rich options, festive items and desserts.

The company claims to process over 20,000 orders daily.

Hara Global is an investment firm that backs companies across sectors in India. Meanwhile, Bain Capital Ventures invests across stages and geographies, with over $10 billion in assets under management.
