Vietnam-based VinaCapital on Monday announced that it has led a consortium of investors to acquire a “significant minority stake”, and a board seat, in Hanoi-based Thu Cuc International General Hospital (TCI) for $26.7 million. The investment is through the fund manager’s flagship Vietnam Opportunity Fund (VOF).
