People Digest: GIC, Heritas Capital, and Clifford Capital make key appointments

GIC has appointed Hwee Loo Tan as its head of private equity in Asia, Heritas Capital has recruited Anselm Tan as its managing director and head of venture capital, and Temasek-backed Clifford Capital has appointed P Murlidhar Maiya as its new group chief executive officer.
