Granules India on Tuesday said that it has divested its entire stake in a Chinese joint venture (JV) to its local partner while Dr Lal PathLabs said it is acquiring two pathological laboratories in Maharashtra. Meanwhile, Cognizant has acquired US-based Zero Consulting, and Reliance Industries-owned Embibe has acqui-hired OnlineTyari. In another deal, Reliance Industries has increased its stake in Saavn India.
