Chinese AI firm Mobvoi to raise $44.3m in Hong Kong IPO

China’s Mobvoi Inc said on Tuesday that it plans to raise up to HK$346.7 million ($44.29 million) through an initial public offering in Hong Kong later this month.

The artificial intelligence company will issue about 84.6 million shares under the global offering priced up to HK$4.10 per share, according to the firm’s regulatory filing.

The dealings in the shares are expected to start on April 24.

Mobvoi Inc, which was established in 2012, provides generative artificial intelligence and voice interaction technologies, according to its website.
